WHAT ARE San diego and temecula valley CLIENTS SAYING ABOUT a home inspection by CERTIFIED INSPECTION SERVICES, LLC?
"Thanks Frank. We were very impressed with your thoroughness and professionalism. It was a pleasure doing business with you."
- B.T., May 2015
“Frank did a great job inspecting my new home. I appreciated that he took pic and video to support his findings. His report was easy-to-understand for a first-time homebuyer like me. I really, really appreciate his help AFTER the report was completed - he has been very helpful steering me to local, licensed contractors, electricians etc. I would recommend Frank to anyone in the process of buying a home.”
- E.W., June 2015
“Frank was great to work with, has lots of knowledge, and took the time to address any questions I had. I highly recommend anyone looking for inspection services give him a call!”
- Niels Z., December 2015
I've hoped for the opportunity to utilize Frank Rotte at Certified Inspection Services, and now I have! On time, professional, and approachable. His reports are user friendly, and definitive enough, leaving little to question. I like the panoramic views of the property, and views of the surrounding neighborhood. First time I'm aware of a home inspector conducting a permit search on behalf, in this case, of a buyer. The reports are comprehensive, but not filled with pointless information. The inclusion of photos, make it very easy to identify problems that exist. Frank took the time to answer all questions presented from the buyer, thus assuring a smooth transaction.

Use This Checklist To Prepare Your Home For A Home Inspection
Below is my “checklist" of items often found during the course of a home inspection. Completing repairs before the buyer’s home inspection helps ensure that escrow progresses more smoothly, and you get more money in your pocket. If you have a pre-listing inspection, some, but not all, of these concerns might show up in that inspection report. A pre-listing inspection usually is shorter than a standard buyer’s inspection simply because descriptions of the house you’ve been living in are not necessary, and noting things like a hole in a window screen, or a small crack in the floor tile, or a loose door hinge are not major items, all things considered, but collectively they can cause a prospective buyer to say, “No, thanks. Too many problems.”
